By submitting ANY article, advertisement, or notice, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Advertisements are sold as Basic or Spotlight. Basic advertisements must be submitted in .jpeg or .bmp format. Submittal may be made via our online submission form, or billed according to your account. To open an account, please fax the New Account Registration form to us at (269) 721.8031. DG & J, Incorporated reserves the right to refuse any advertisement which we feel does not enhance the reputation of the myLaw News. Political or religious groups and distributors of adult products are strictly prohibited from any form of advertising.
Spotlight advertisements must be submitted in a word processing format such as Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, or Open Office. Spotlight advertisements will be cut-and-pasted in a line by line format to maintain the integrity of the advertisement, however, any spelling and grammatical errors will appear as originally submitted. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SPELL CHECK. Spotlight advertisements need not be footnoted, however, they MUST include a summary or table of authority which we may use to verify your claims. If you have registered for an account, this summary may be sent in the body of your e-mail to which your advertisement is attached. If you do not have an account, or would rather use our online submission form, the summary should be included as an additional page at either the beginning or end of your advertisement. Spotlight advertisements are sold on a per-page basis, each page being 8 1/2" by 11" typed in Times New Roman size 12 font, with 1" margins on all four sides, and including all text and graphics. YOU MUST BE THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR OF THE WORK, OR INCLUDE WRITTEN PERMISSION TO PUBLISH FROM THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR. Placement and run time shall be at the discretion of DG & J, Incorporated, although advertisers may use the issue calendar as a guideline. All spotlight advertisements must be legal in nature and with the purpose of educating consumers in the law, not the author's opinion of why the law is wrong. Advertisements of a political, religious or adult nature will be rejected.
By submitting any advertisement, you agree to be held solely accountable for the content of such advertisement, and that DG & J, Incorporated and it's affiliates shall not be liable to any party for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether the claim is based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and whether or not the party has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Free articles may be submitted by the original author at no charge for placement in any myLaw News issue. Free articles do not include cover headline, and are printed in black and white only. Basic advertising space is sold on free article pages, and therefore DG& J, Incorporated does not guarantee that the advertisement of the authors competitor will not appear on the page with the author's article. By submitting a free article, you are transferring limited rights to DG & J, Incorporated, and MUST include via fax or mail a signed copy of the Partial Waiver of Copyright form before submitted article will be included in any issue or available in any part on the MICourtHelp.com website.
