capture provides us with the ability to enhance our customers' search and

you want to review our books, products, and services without having to

cart as you browse, you do not need to submit Personal Customer
Information. However, in order to create a user account, complete an online
order, use the myELF database, subscribe to myBlawg, or to one of our
newsletters, you will need to submit "Personal Customer Information."
Should you be uncomfortable with submitting such information over the

2. How We Use and Share Personal Customer Information
Occasionally, D G & J, Incorporated uses Personal Customer Information to
market products and services. You may opt-out from our using this at any time

of Personal Customer Information collected by D G & J, Incorporated is limited

Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution
and their vendors, which receive the credit card number and other personal
identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process

myCourtHelp.com group of websites: We share Personal Customer
Information only between the companies owned and operated by D G & J,
Incorporated, and where necessary to complete a myELF transaction. This
allows us to inform you of new services or products we provide. Shared
Personal Customer Information is limited to your name, e-mail address,
address, and shipping address. To opt out of this service, please send an

We share Personal Customer Information with partner attorneys to enhance
some features of the myELF database. This Personal Customer Information is
limited to your name and shipping address. Personal Customer Information is
shared ONLY with the attorneys whom you have requested a free consultation
with through the use of the myELF database. We do not release any of this
information to the attorneys without you express permission. We will not
release your e-mail address, phone number, or any form of financial
information.

Membership Programs:
To subscribe to some features of myBlawg, D G & J, Incorporated may need to
share Personal Customer Information with certain organizations or
institutions to verify your membership or participation in a program. These
organizations are limited to Legal Professional Associations, such as the
American Bar or its local counterpart, NALS, NFPA, or NALA, or Legal
Education Institutions. We will not release any Personal Customer
Information to these organizations without your expressed permission.
However, we will verify your name and state of residence with these
organizations if requested as part of a verification process only. We will
not release or verify your e-mail address, shipping address, or any form of
contact or financial information.

sign up for free e-mail Newsletters and Alerts filled with articles, new
product information, upcoming events, and coupons. To join the list, you
will need to supply your e-mail address. Please note that this Newsletter
registry is different from a myCourtHelp.com Web Store account, and separate
from any of the membership newsletters provided through our affiliated
companies. Furthermore, the contact information collected for The Law Dawg
Newsletter is only used to forward the newsletters and alerts you have
selected. To unsubscribe to The Law Dawg, you may either follow the
directions at the bottom of your newsletter, or send an e-mail with the

4. Underage Customers
Our products and services are marketed for purchase by adults or with the
consent of an adult. This is why any webstore owned by D G & J, Incorporated
does not allow the registration of children under the age of 13. To protect the
identity of minors between the ages of 13 and 18, and to conform to validity of
contract statutes, registration must be completed by phone with the consent of a
parent or guardian, and transactions must occur by approved credit card or by
physically mailed bank check. The use of e-checks, Paypal, or other methods of
electronic fund transfer will not be accepted by any website owned and operated
by D G & J, Incorporated where it is known, or can be reasonably assumed, the
transaction involves a person between the ages of 13 and 18. D G & J,
Incorporated will not keep any electronically-accessible file containing
personal information of a minor between the ages of 13 and 18.
5. Linking to Third-Party Web Sites
When you click on links on our site that take you to third-party websites,
you will be subject to the third parties' privacy policies. While we support
